In terms of our own fees, we would undertake initial enquiries within our networks without cost to you and, for most single sites; we charge a pre-agreed fixed fee, starting from just £2,495. Included in this charge would be the arrangement of all viewings, negotiations with potential buyers and sales progression on offers received.

Should we need to prepare additional marketing material for the wider market that may further enhance the value or saleability of your property, an additional marketing fee would sometimes be payable. The cost of this will depend on the nature of the Propportunity and the marketing strategy, but our team will always discuss options and costs with clients in advance of any activities undertaken.
